Rave Fitness contains a cardio room equipped with treadmills, ellipticals and bikes. All members will have the ability to experience an open atmosphere with your choice of cable TV with several different sports channels or simply just wear your own headset and listen to music while working out.
Rave Fitness also contains a room with free weights, weight machines, stretching mats, weight balls, leg weights, etc. This room was designed for the woman who wants the tone muscle look to the man who would like to win the next bench lifting contest or simply lean muscle mass.

Rave Fitness does not contain a Shower/locker room, we ask that you come prepared to work out or simply change in our oversize bathroom/dressing room.

About the Owners:
My name is Veronica and I am the co-owner of Rave Fitness in Independence Wisconsin. I have always been involved in sports throughout my life. While obtaining athlete of the year in my high school and moving to Eau Claire I have stayed very active in intramural sports. On my spare time I like to compete in triathlons and short races. I train everyday for about one to two hours. Health and Fitness not only improves your exterior look but improves how you feel about yourself. By doing so you can live longer and live happier! I started Rave Fitness in hopes that you, as well, would be willing to change your present health habits to change your future health.
My name is Randy and I am the co-owner of Rave Fitness and current resident of Independence Wisconsin. On my spare time I like to ride my Harley and explore new places. I have noticed as I get older that my metabolism is slowing down and the things I used to be able to eat are not the things that are always the healthiest for me. Working out has helped me curb my hunger toward the better foods for my health and keep my weight down so that future health conditions are preventable. I too started Rave Fitness in hopes that you, as well, would be willing to change your present health habits to change your future health.
